How to order a Family Plan Cell Phone from our Site

If you are looking at a phone listed on a Family Plan page, you should be able to click on the order button and go directly to the order page for 2 or more phones. Also, most of the individual phone pages with have a button like:

If the phone you want does not have a button or link to purchase 2 or more phones with a family plan:

1. If you can't find the phone you want, see All Cell Phones We Offer. This Lists MOST ( available phones change rapidly so it won't always list every phone) of the phones we offer. If you still don't see the phones you want, click on the order button for ANY phone on the list for your carrier. Once you get to the order page you can easily change the phone model or plan. Once you have found a phone:

2. Go to the order page from the appropriate link. In the phone description you will see a button and/or a link to order. When you click the button or link, that link will take you to the order page.

3. Enter your Zip Code or make sure the Zip Code is correct. The order page will show the phone you chose with a plan for the selected zip code. The page might say "Cingular Wireless Online Offer for Town, State ZIP - not your zip code?" If it is not your zip code, click "not your zip code?" and enter the correct zip code.

4. Verify Phone or Change Phone. It should show the phone you chose. Sometimes, there is a bad link or the code has changed. In this case, it may show a different or alternate phone. If this happens or you want to look at different phone models, there are links that say "More Phones" or "Change this Phone." The "More Phones" link is on the left side under the column that says "Carrier Selected." The "Change this Phone" link is right next to the picture of the phone. Either link will allow you to view all other from from the selected carrier and pick the one you want.

5. Change to 2 or More Phone Shared Plan Under the "Plan Selected" Section there will be a small picture of 2 phones and it will say "Save Even More! Get 2 Phones with a Shared Plan." Click where it says "Shared Plan." Two phones with a family plan with come-up. You will be able to change the plan and either or both of the phones. You do not have to get 2 of the same phone!

6. Verify Selected Plan and Carrier. Make sure you have the Plan and carrier you want. Under the " Carrier Selected" column you can view/change all plans, carrier, and phone model.

7. Once you have selected the right Phones and Plan, click "Select these phones and plan and Add to cart". Then follow instructions on the screen to complete your order.
